Volvo Cars India has announced that it will expand its electric vehicle lineup by introducing two flagship models—the EX90 electric SUV and the ES90 electric sedan—on October 12, 2026. Built on Volvo’s next-generation SPA2 platform and powered by a new Superset tech stack, both vehicles showcase the brand’s latest advancements in 800V charging architecture, long-range EV powertrains, and software-driven safety.
Volvo ES90: Luxury Electric Sedan
Marking Volvo’s return to the luxury sedan segment following the discontinuation of the S90, the ES90 features a sleek silhouette inspired by traditional executive saloons paired with modern Scandinavian design elements.
