Kawasaki has expanded the color options for the Ninja ZX-6R in international markets for the 2027 model year. The latest update is strictly cosmetic, leaving the supersport motorcycle’s high-performance engine, chassis, and electronic suite untouched.
The 2027 international line-up introduces three distinct finishes:

Metallic Matte Carbon Gray: This new dark-based option features striking lime-green wheels and matching fairing highlights, retaining traditional brand aesthetics with a more subdued overall look.

Black-and-Grey Scheme: A stealthier, highly understated finish featuring subtle grey detailing over a black base with black wheels.

Lime Green and Blue: The familiar signature livery currently standard in markets like India.
Beneath the new paint schemes, the middleweight supersport continues to draw power from its proven 636cc liquid-cooled, inline-four engine. Producing 124 hp and 69 Nm of torque, the displacement sets it apart from traditional 600cc rivals by offering a broader, more usable torque spread for everyday road riding without sacrificing its high-revving track character.
The motorcycle retains its comprehensive equipment list, featuring an aluminium perimeter frame, upside-down front forks, a rear monoshock, and dual front disc brakes. Electronic rider aids include a TFT instrument cluster, selectable power modes, KTRC traction control, a quickshifter, and dual-channel ABS.
While the new colors are currently designated for international markets, Kawasaki has yet to confirm an official rollout for India, where the Ninja ZX-6R continues to retail exclusively in its signature Lime Green and Blue livery.
