Škoda Auto India is preparing to launch the 2026 Slavia facelift on August 18, marking the midsize sedan’s first major mid-cycle update. Rather than a ground-up redesign, the refreshed Slavia focuses on subtle visual tweaks, additional interior tech, and a major gearbox upgrade for its 1.0-litre turbo-petrol variant.
What’s Changing on the 2026 Slavia?
Exterior Tweaks
Test mules reveal a refined exterior design influenced by the recently updated Kushaq and Kodiaq lineups:

Front Fascia: Redesigned grille with integrated lighting details, updated LED DRL light signatures, and restyled front bumpers.

Cabin & Feature Upgrades
While the overall dashboard layout carries over, the tech list receives key additions:

Mechanical Lineup: New 8-Speed Automatic

The current Skoda Slavia is priced between ₹10.00 lakh and ₹18.19 lakh (ex-showroom). A modest price increase across variants is expected with the facelift.
Upon its August 18 launch, the Slavia facelift will renew its rivalry against segment competitors including the Volkswagen Virtus, Hyundai Verna, and Honda City.
