Futurist “Bobber-Style” Design
The Keeway Hypevolt-R moves away from traditional step-through floorboards, opting for a aggressive profile built around a prominent central spine and high-carbon steel cage frame.
-
Front End: Characterized by a two-tone front apron featuring a vertically stacked dual-LED projector headlight assembly and arrow-shaped DRLs.
-
Rear End: Features a short, sleek tail section that stops well short of the rear wheel, delivering a distinctive bobber aesthetic complemented by a rear tire hugger.
-
Colors: Available in two premium finishes—Crystal White and Platinum Grey.
Segment-First Tech Suite & ADAS Features
Keeway has packed the Hypevolt-R with an advanced electronics package rarely seen in the Indian two-wheeler space, moving it into advanced rider assistance (ADAS) territory:
-
Safety & Driver Assistance: Equipped with Blind Spot Detection (BSD), a Rear-View Reverse Camera, and a rear collision warning system. It also gets standard Traction Control, Dual-Channel ABS, Hill-Hold Assist, Hill-Descent Control, and Intelligent Cruise Control.
-
Cockpit Interface: Features an apron-fixed 5-inch full-color TFT display supporting Bluetooth connectivity for phone pairing, navigation mapping, call/text notifications, live location tracking, and over-the-air (OTA) updates.
-
Utility & Convenience: Comes with keyless ignition, three riding modes (Eco, Normal, Sport), dual USB ports (Type-A and Type-C), and 27 liters of under-seat storage capable of holding a full-face helmet.
Hardware Configuration
The scooter tips the scales at a kerb weight of 140 kg and rides on large 14-inch alloy wheels wrapped in a 100/80 front and 120/70 rear tubeless tire configuration. Suspension dynamics are managed via 33mm telescopic front upright forks and a 5-step adjustable twin hydraulic shock absorber setup at the rear. The ground clearance is measured at 130mm, paired with an accessible seat height of 770mm.
